PyBoolnet

pyboolnet is a Python toolbox for building, changing, and analyzing Boolean networks. It works from a prime-implicant representation and covers common tasks such as interaction graphs, state-transition graphs, attractors and basins, trap spaces, model checking, and graph drawing.
