PyStableMotifs

pystablemotifs finds attractors of asynchronously updated Boolean networks by reducing them through stable motifs, which are self-sustaining trap spaces, and records the result in a succession diagram. The same reduction is used to search for interventions that drive the system toward a chosen attractor or target behavior.
